INSPECTIONS.

IF TERMINO GMBH'S OWN EMPLOYEES CARRY OUT THE ASSEMBLY FOR YOU, IT IS SOMETIMES NECESSARY TO CONDUCT AN ON-SITE INSPECTION TO CLARIFY TECHNICAL DETAILS. PRIOR TO THIS INSPECTION, A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE PLANNED PROJECT OR PROJECTS IS DUE.

IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AFTER OUR VISIT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT. HOWEVER, IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO PLACE AN ORDER, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS EUR 230 INCLUDING VAT (TO COVER OUR COSTS).

The purchaser receives a 2-year warranty - provided proper handling:

To illustrate the high quality standard, even after the expiration of the statutory warranty obligation of 2 years, during which we guarantee in accordance with our general sales, delivery, and payment conditions, our contractual partners should be assured until the end of 2 years that we will provide free replacement deliveries regarding functional reliability and processing quality.

The warranty covers all defects that demonstrably occur, despite compliance with the general instructions for use, in the kitchen furniture manufactured by the kitchen manufacturer due to faulty manufacturing or material properties.

Excluded are assembly, usage, and water damages as well as age-related color changes due to light and climatic influences. The warranty concerns the replacement of defective parts. Assembly and consequential costs are excluded. The warranty expires in case of unauthorized alterations to the parts supplied by us. For accessories such as electrical appliances, lights, sinks, faucets, waste collectors, etc., supplied by suppliers, the warranty terms of the respective manufacturers apply.

Claims beyond the right of defect rectification according to this warranty, in particular claims for damages of any kind, including those arising from positive contract violation, are excluded.

The place of jurisdiction regarding this warranty is North Rhine-Westphalia, unless there is another exclusive place of jurisdiction for compelling legal reasons.

The warranty period begins at the time of delivery of the TERMINO kitchen to the specialist dealer.

The warranty period does not extend by asserting a warranty claim, neither for the originally delivered products nor for the replacement parts.

Not Covered by the Warranty:Normal and natural signs of wear and tear

  • Wear and tear caused by excessive or improper use
  • Damages occurring to the buyer due to normal or natural wear and tear
  • Improper services by unauthorized persons
  • Unusual usage, such as commercial use outside the private living area
  • Improper handling of heat, moisture, liquids, and care products
  • Damages caused by sharp, pointed, hot, or moist objects
  • Environmental influences such as extreme dryness, humidity, light, and temperature
  • Willful destruction, misuse, overloading, and damages from accidents
  • Damages and contaminations caused by pets, heat sources, and weather
  • Contaminations such as body sweat, body or hair care products, etc.
  • All changes caused by agents containing acid, solvents, or alcohol
  • Unsuitable cleaning, repair, or improvement attempts
  • Swelling damages due to standing moisture or unremoved condensate
  • Typical product characteristics that do not constitute a material defect.
  • Color coordination when defining different types of materials and structures (e.g., paints, various types of plastics, solid wood and veneer, metals) is always done according to the lighting determined and defined by DIN. This may result in color metamerism under different lighting conditions (different reflections and absorptions of light and color). This is not a reason for complaints but an unsolvable lighting phenomenon.

    Swelling occurring on cabinet bodies, worktops, or other panels after assembly is generally not a cause for complaint. Such damages are usually due to improper assembly or maintenance and are therefore not our fault.

1.Scope of the Warranty: This warranty contract covers all newly installed built-in electric appliances and freestanding appliances purchased from your seller, such as refrigerators, freezers, stoves, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, extractor hoods, and coffee fully automatic machines. The warranty service provider mentioned in point 6 will, subject to the following warranty conditions, replace the costs of repairing your device for errors demonstrably caused by design, material, or manufacturing defects. For coffee fully automatic machines, the differing and supplementary conditions according to point 8 also apply.

2.Type of Warranty Contract: According to the warranty contract, the warranty service provider ensures that the functionality of the device covered by the warranty of the eligible party is maintained by restoration in case of warranty claims during the contract period.

3.Warranty Fee & Warranty Cases: The warranty fee depends on the type of device and the purchase price of the device and must be paid once upon conclusion of the contract. The warranty service provider assumes the restoration of the functionality of the device covered by the service contract, including packaged original accessories, in case of warranty claims. Warranty cases exclusively include unforeseen and sudden device errors caused by: Design, material, or manufacturing defects after the expiration of the manufacturer's and seller's warranty and warranty. Commercial use is possible if provided for by the manufacturer for the respective device. The warranty contract applies worldwide.

4.When is it not a Warranty Case: Regardless of contributing causes, the warranty service provider will not provide repair or replacement for device errors or damages caused by:

  • Intent
  • Third parties
  • Gross negligence
  • Improper storage or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions
  • For which a third party, such as the manufacturer, dealer, another insurer, or repair company, is responsible or liable
  • Wear and tear or aging
  • Series defects
  • Earthquakes and wars
  • Terrorism
  • Those considered cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, color changes, etc.
  • Loss, abandonment, forgetting, loss, theft, robbery, and burglary
  • Consequential damages and loss of use
  • External influences and events (e.g., water damage after pipe burst) and other abnormal environmental conditions and elemental damages
  • Damages due to natural wear and tear (including the grinder), overload, incorrect accessories
  • Use of accessories, supplementary parts, attachments, care products not approved by the manufacturer, and coffee beans not specifically approved for coffee fully automatic machines
  • All types of software and data.
  • If the warranty conditions are violated or the conditions mentioned here are not met, the warranty will be completely void. It will be void, in particular, in case of repairs and interventions by service providers not commissioned by us or in case of self-performance.
  • Only the immediate fault on the device will be rectified. We do not assume liability for financial losses, lost profits, liability damages, non-material damages, and indirect damages (consequential damages).

5.Duties of the Warranty Holder in Case of Warranty Claims: The warranty holder must properly, carefully, and safely store and use the device covered by the warranty during transport according to the manufacturer's instructions. In case of a warranty claim, the warranty holder must notify the warranty service provider at www.aqilo.com immediately, but no later than one week after becoming aware of the warranty claim and before any repairs; immediately provide the warranty service provider with any written information necessary to determine the warranty claim or the scope of the performance to be provided, and allow any investigation into the cause and extent of the warranty claim; provide any documents requested by the warranty service provider. If the warranty holder breaches a duty according to point 5, the warranty holder is not entitled to a warranty claim. Likewise, the warranty holder is not entitled to a warranty claim if the warranty holder deceives or attempts to deceive the warranty service provider with fraudulent intent about facts that are relevant to the reason or amount of the performance or deliberately causes the warranty claim. The warranty holder's claims under the warranty contract expire after 6 months.

6.Start and End of the Warranty Contract, Seller, Warranty Service Provider: The warranty contract begins after the purchase of the device with payment of the warranty fee to the seller and ends after 5 years. The warranty fees are due for payment upon conclusion of the contract. The warranty contract consists of these general conditions and the original invoice for the device covered by the warranty contract. The contract language and the language of communication are German. The dealer named on the invoice of the device covered by the warranty contract is the seller of the warranty contract.

7.Scope of Performance: All work and transports necessary for restoring the former operational readiness of the device are provided, and replacement parts, service parts, and maintenance materials are provided. If the device is economically not restoreable, it will be replaced by a technically approximately equivalent device. Cash payment is not possible. The residual value of the old device is the device price stated on the purchase receipt minus 10% of the device price per elapsed year. The upper limit of compensation is the replacement device price, taking into account already provided compensation for previous damage (e.g., multiple repairs). If the warranty holder receives a replacement device as part of this contract, the defective device, including accessories, becomes the property of the warranty service provider.


German law applies to the warranty contract, including its valid conclusion and its pre- and post-effects. Subject to printing errors and fee changes.
