FOR US CUSTOMERS ONCE PRODUCTS SHIP FROM THE GERMANY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE WILL ACCEPT 30 DAYS CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT SHIPPED OR THAT ARE ON BACKORDER. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER YOU MUST CONTACT US. YOU WILL THEN BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, WHICH WILL BE PAID IN THE SAME FORM ORIGINALLY USED FOR THE PURCHASE, BUT IN ANY EVENT WITHIN 30 DAYS.
