Fermentation's Avant Garde

Together with ARYS Outdoor Club, TERMINO recently hosted its very first in-house event: an inspiring fermentation workshop led by Florencia of Flow Ferments. Around 30 guests transformed our Berlin office and showroom into a lively meeting space, while our friends and neighbours at ODE kept glasses filled with their delicious drinks throughout the evening.

TERMINO as a Workbench

The centerpiece of the night was Florencia, who brought the art of fermentation to life. Using a TERMINO setup customised for her needs, she guided guests through a variety of workflows, shared expert insights, and showcased how accessible and exciting fermentation can be. After the presentation, everyone had the chance to dive deeper, ask questions, and taste the full range of fermented creations.

With this event, our goal was simple: to create a space where people connect, exchange ideas, and explore new passions together. As the first edition of what we hope will grow into a vibrant and ongoing event series, we focused on TERMINO’s potential in a kitchen setting — and fermentation proved to be the perfect starting point.

In ARYS, we found a partner who shares our enthusiasm for building community, and together we shaped an evening full of curiosity and creativity. Meanwhile, our neighbors at ODE made sure no guest went without a refreshing drink, adding their own touch of warmth to the night.
